What you will do

Think about patterns you can actually point to in your behaviour.

Rate how often each statement is true when you are functioning reasonably well, not on your worst day or your idealized self-image.

  • There are 24 statements.
  • The six domains are broad reflection categories, not proprietary “strength themes.”
  • Scores are not population percentiles.
  • No email or payment is required for the free result.

What the assessment measures

Understand the dimensions before you interpret the result.

Learning, persistence, cooperation, adaptability, self-regulation, meaning/integrity. The dimensions are intended to support reflection, not to turn a complex person or relationship into one label.

Learning & curiosity

Curiosity may be strong in selected areas rather than across everything.

Persistence & execution

You may persist well when the goal feels meaningful or structured.

Social support & cooperation

You may cooperate well while still preferring selective or role-specific connection.

Adaptability & creativity

You may adapt well in some areas while preferring structure in others.

Self-regulation

Self-regulation may be strong in some routines and less consistent under stress or ambiguity.

Meaning & integrity

You may use values as one input among several when making decisions.

Scoring and method

How the free result is calculated

Each response contributes to one of the dimensions above. Reverse-keyed items are scored in the opposite direction where the configuration requires it. The result converts each dimension’s raw total into a 0–100 position within that questionnaire’s possible range.

That 0–100 number is not automatically a percentile. We only use population comparisons when an approved instrument, appropriate norms and a documented scoring method support them.

Limitations

What this result should not be used for

Hiring, formal talent assessment, or claiming equivalence to CliftonStrengths/VIA/HIGH5.

Self-report results can change with context, mood, interpretation of items and the relationships or situations you have in mind. Use the profile as a structured starting point for reflection and conversation rather than a final judgment.

Using your result

Turn a score into a better question.

Connect each strong area to a real example. The profile is most useful when it helps you notice resources you can deliberately use, not when it becomes another fixed identity label.

Frequently asked questions

Questions people ask before taking this assessment

What is the difference between a strength and a skill?

A skill is something you can learn and improve through practice. A strength is a broader capacity or pattern you may draw on effectively, often across more than one situation.

Are personal strengths fixed?

No. Strengths can develop, become easier to use, or show up differently as your roles, experience, confidence, and environment change.

Can this profile tell me which career I should choose?

No. Career decisions also depend on interests, values, opportunities, skills, constraints, and the actual demands of a role.

Can a strength be overused?

Yes. A useful tendency can become less helpful when it is applied rigidly or in the wrong context. For example, persistence can become difficulty letting go of a poor plan.

How should I use the result?

Look for real examples of where a strength helped you handle a challenge, learn, work with others, or make progress. Evidence from your own behavior is more useful than the label alone.

Using a strengths result

A strength is more useful when you can connect it to observable behavior

Self-report profiles reflect how you see your typical behavior. They become more informative when you compare the result with specific examples from work, study, relationships or projects and with feedback from people who know you well.

Result areaEvidence to look for
Dependable effortTimes you followed through when a task was boring, difficult or delayed.
Social contributionHow you support coordination, reliability or group functioning.
CuriosityExamples of seeking information, asking questions or learning beyond immediate requirements.
Practical problem solvingSituations where you defined a problem, tested options and adjusted based on results.

A high self-rating does not certify professional competence, and a lower score does not mean the capacity cannot develop. Read strengths vs skills and what character strengths are for a broader interpretation.
