Instrument Registry
Every assessment needs a visible development basis, rights decision, scoring rule, limitations statement and review status. “Original educational profile” is not presented as “validated” simply because it looks polished.
Assessment literacy
Read the evidence behind a test claim
The registry tells you what kind of instrument a page uses. These guides explain the psychometric terms that determine how much weight a score deserves.

The catalogue covers the currently planned tests and assessments. Named clinical instruments and original concern checks remain visibly distinct. Public release still requires the evidence, item, bias, accessibility, privacy and reviewer checks described in this methodology.
